How long have you been trading?
Murphy's Pram and Nursery Store have been trading since 1942 i.e. over 69 years, at High Street, Christchurch, Dublin 8. We are now located in Rathcoole, Co Dublin & Gorey, Co Wexford (see "Contact Us" section)
I like to visit a store or website which is wholly independent and not assocatied with any wholesaler or distributor - is this the case with Murphy's Prams?
Yes - Murphy's Prams is a 100% independent store and therefore is in a position to provide complete impartial advice.
Whereas other retailers in Ireland are associated with particular wholesalers and distributors of products and hence ARE NOT independent, and therefore unfairly promote particular products to consumers which may be unsuitable for their needs, we at Murphy's pride ourselves to be the longest established independent nursery retailer in Ireland.
Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
Yes, you are welcome to – it’s no problem.
Our "no quibble returns" policy means we will happily exchange an item or refund your money at any time within seven days of you receiving them (this will only apply to where an item has not been used and has remained in it's original packaging). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
Yes, at www.murphysprams.ie, unless otherwise specified, all products will be supplied with a full manufacturers warranty (usually this is six months but may vary depending on the particular product / manufacturer). If a product displays a manufacturing fault within this warranty period we can repair or replace it.
